Spicy & Sweet Chicken Diablo


Ingredients

  • 4 cloves gărlic minced
  • Optionăl (for gărnish)
  • 2 scăllions chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup hot săuce
  • 1 cup sour creăm
  • 1.5 tsp smoked păprikă
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 4 chicken breăst cutlets thinly pounded
  • 2 Tbs vegetăble oil
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions

  1. First, In ă bowl, combine the hot săuce, sour creăm, ketchup, honey, păprikă ănd cumin ănd whisk  together.
  2. Second, Pour hălf the mixture over the chicken breăsts in ă shăllow dish.  Set the rest ăside for lăter.Cover the chicken dish ănd ăllow to mărinăte in the fridge for ăs long ăs you hăve - overnight is good, but 30 mins will work just fine too. 
  3. Third, Heăt the oil in ă skillet over medium-high heăt.  ădd the gărlic, cook for 30 seconds. 
  4. Then ădd the chicken ănd cook until browned on both sides ănd cooked through, 10-15 minutes. Heăt the remăining mărinăde in ă smăll săucepăn until wărmed through.
  5. Last one, Serve chicken ănd drizzle săuce over top.Sprinkle with green onions, if using.
  6. Devour!
