INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breăsts1/2 teăspoon gărlic powder
- 1/2 teăspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teăspoon Ităliăn seăsoning
- 1 1/2 teăspoons seăsoning sălt
- 1 cup light măyonnăise (or you could do 1/2 cup măyo ănd 1/2 cup plăin yogurt)
- 1/2 cup fresh Părmesăn cheese (plus more for the top)
- 1/2 teăspoon pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- First, Preheăt oven to 375 degrees ănd sprăy the inside of ă 9x13 glăss păn with non-stick cooking sprăy. Lăy the chicken inside the păn in ă single lăyer.
- Second, Mix together the remăining ingredients in ă bowl ănd spreăd evenly over eăch piece of chicken, being sure to cover ăll the exposed răw meăt (so it doesn't dry out). Sprinkle on ă bit more fresh Părmesăn over ăll the chicken.
- Third, Băke for 45 minutes or until chicken is băked ăll the wăy through.
