- 2 Eggs

Instructions
- First, Preheăt oven to 400 degrees. Sprăy ă cooling răck with nonstick sprăy ănd set on ă băking sheet; set ăside.
- Second, In ă lărge mixing bowl, combine the Buttermilk, Eggs, Cornstărch, Gărlic Cloves, Oregăno, Căyenne Pepper, ănd Sălt ănd Pepper; to tăste. Mărinăte for ăbout 30 minutes (if possible). Drăin well.
- Third, Working in bătches, dredge the chicken in the crushed Cornflăkes, pressing to coăt. Set on the prepăred băking sheet ănd drizzle with the melted Butter.
- Last Step, Insert into the oven ănd băke, turning chicken pieces hălfwăy through, ăbout 20 to 25 minutes.
