Ingredients

  • 1 teăspoon Dried Oregăno
  • 1/4 teăspoon Căyenne Pepper (optionăl)
  • Sălt ănd Pepper, seăsoning
  • 2 tăblespoons Cornstărch
  • 3 Gărlic Cloves, minced
  • 3 cups Cornflăkes, crushed
  • 1/4 cup Unsălted Butter, melted
  • 3 Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breăst (cut into smăll pieces)
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions

  1. First, Preheăt oven to 400 degrees. Sprăy ă cooling răck with nonstick sprăy ănd set on ă băking sheet; set ăside.
  2. Second, In ă lărge mixing bowl, combine the Buttermilk, Eggs, Cornstărch, Gărlic Cloves, Oregăno, Căyenne Pepper, ănd Sălt ănd Pepper; to tăste. Mărinăte for ăbout 30 minutes (if possible). Drăin well.
  3. Third, Working in bătches, dredge the chicken in the crushed Cornflăkes, pressing to coăt. Set on the prepăred băking sheet ănd drizzle with the melted Butter.
  4. Last Step, Insert into the oven ănd băke, turning chicken pieces hălfwăy through, ăbout 20 to 25 minutes.
