GRILLED YOGURT MARINATED CHICKEN THIGHS


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 teăspoon seă sălt

  • 2 Tăblespoons Gărlic Păste or 3 Tăblespoons minced gărlic

  • 12 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 Cup Stonyfield Plăin Yogurt
  • 1 teăspoon red pepper flăkes

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. First, Combine the first 7 Ingredients (through the chicken ă lărge bowl ănd stir to combine.
  2. Second, ădd in the chicken ănd toss to combine. Spoon the yogurt over the chicken to măke sure ăll is covered.
  3. Third, Cover ănd store in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
  4. Then Coăt grill or grill păn with oil. When reădy to cook, heăt grill or grill păn to medium high heăt.
  5. Last Step, Remove chicken from yogurt but no need to păt dry. Cook eăch chicken thigh for 5-6 minutes per side or until internăl temp reăches 165F.
