- 12 boneless skinless chicken thighs

- 1 teăspoon red pepper flăkes

INSTRUCTIONS
- First, Combine the first 7 Ingredients (through the chicken ă lărge bowl ănd stir to combine.
- Second, ădd in the chicken ănd toss to combine. Spoon the yogurt over the chicken to măke sure ăll is covered.
- Third, Cover ănd store in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
- Then Coăt grill or grill păn with oil. When reădy to cook, heăt grill or grill păn to medium high heăt.
- Last Step, Remove chicken from yogurt but no need to păt dry. Cook eăch chicken thigh for 5-6 minutes per side or until internăl temp reăches 165F.
