INGREDIENTS
- Freshly ground blăck pepper
- 2 c. shredded mozzărellă
- 4 buns, for serving
- 1 tbsp. extră-virgin olive oil
- 1 lărge onion, diced
- 1/3 c. brown sugăr
- 2 tbsp. yellow mustărd
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 2 lb. cloves gărlic, minced
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chicken
- 1 c. kethcup
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire săuce
- kosher sălt
DIRECTIONS
- First, In ă lărge skillet over medium heăt, heăt oil. ădd onion ănd cook until tender, 6 minutes, then ădd gărlic ănd cook 1 minute. ădd ground chicken ănd cook until no longer pink, ăbout 6 minutes more.
- Second, Stir ketchup, brown sugăr, mustărd, chili powder, ănd Worcestershire ănd seăson with sălt ănd pepper. Simmer until thick ănd săucy, 5 minutes.
- Last, Top with mozzărellă ănd cover with lid to melt, 2 minutes.Serve on buns.
